All of our services are carried out with the utmost professionalism as you’d come to expect – and our prices are kept as simple and as easy to understand as possible.  With that in mind each of our services start at just £435.

Livestream/Webcast

Our fee for a live stream or web cast of the funeral service is £435 for one location.  If you’d like multiple locations covering this is very much subject to the timeline of the day as to whether it’s logistically possible, but every idea is taken on board and thought about.  For multiple locations please add £110 per location.  It’s important to note that inside a church and then outside the church by the graveside count as two separate locations as our streaming equipment has to be dismantled and reassembled.  It is possible to have streaming within the church and then a single camera video outside (not streamed) which can be edited in afterwards without incurring an extra cost.

Funeral Photographs

Our fee of £435 for the service photography covers half an hour before the service starts through to half an hour after it ends.  As we’re more mobile there’s an extra charge of £110 per extra location outside of the immediate ceremony area, but there’s no extra charge for graveside coverage if it’s at the same church/just across the road as there is with streaming.

Videos for Funerals

The same applies for our funeral ceremony video service – as it’s not based on a fixed location £435 covers the same amount of time as with the photography along with any extra fees being incurred only if you require two geographically distinct locations.

A good rule of thumb regarding fees for multiple locations in if the equipment has to be dismantled and reassembled (which only comes into play with the streaming equipment), or if we have to drive to another location then a fee will be incurred.

With all of our services the most important thing you get is our combined experience within the industry and our ability to work ‘with’ people rather than saying ‘this is what you get, take it or leave it’.  Coverage with all services encapsulates enough time to get the job done to a high standard, not only on the day but afterwards with editing, rendering, outputting and everything else we do behind the scenes.  All of our products are delivered both digitally and physically, with the digital version being either a password-protected gallery for the images or password-protected video hosting page for the videos.  Along with that you’ll receive a custom branded USB as a tangible keepsake with all of the edited high resolution images or high resolution video in full HD (1080p) within a couple of weeks.  Afterwards you’ll receive any support you may require, a trustworthy business relationship going forwards, and peace of mind knowing that the original files are backed up securely in the event you accidentally misplace the USB or forget your password.

Funeral AV Support & Technical Assistance

Some venues may not have the technical facilities required for music, speeches, slideshows, or video tributes, and that’s where we can help.

We offer a range of AV and technical support, some provided in-house, such as PA systems, microphones, projectors/screens, remote TVs, and slideshow or video tribute creation.  Through our trusted suppliers we can also provide marquees, outdoor seating, tables, and event styling.

These services help smaller or basic venues provide a more modern experience, ensuring your loved one’s ceremony can reach a wider audience.  We offer flexible packages starting with a basic PA setup to provide music, with larger packages incorporating multiple services.  Final pricing depends on the venue and your requirements, but as a rough guide here are a few examples:

Compact PA system to play music before/during/after the ceremony, from £195
Compact PA system for music with one radio mic for lectern or lavalier mic for officiant, from £240
Medium PA system with two radio mics (usually one lectern and one lavalier) to cover inside and outside, from £360
