Sometimes our families wish to hold a ceremony in a particular venue or church, but that venue may not be adequately equipped to provide some of the more modern technical elements that we’ve all become accustomed to when providing music, voice amplification, slideshows and extra capacity, and that’s where we can help.

Our AV and technical support services cover a wide range of different aspects, some of which we’re able to offer in-house, some of which are available through our extensive network of trusted suppliers, with whom we’ve worked alongside over many years. We understand the sensitive nature of a funeral and the importance of getting it right first time.

In-house services that we’re able to provide include, but aren’t limited to:

• PA systems to play entrance/exit/background/ceremony music
• Radio microphones for lecterns, and lavalier mics for officiants
• Projector and screen to display slideshows or video tributes
• Remote TVs for displaying a live feed from the church into a church hall or annex
• Slideshow and video tribute creation, compilation and management
• Lighting within the venue such as wall colour washes, or stage lighting

Through our trusted supplier network we can also provide:

• Marquees and stretch tents for outdoor cover used with our live-feed TVs and speakers
• Seating and tables for outdoor seating under cover
• Event styling such as festoons, florals, chair covers and decor
